The service includes two decals
and you and your teen driver can even pick the style and color of the decal. No
strings attached!
Incident reporters can create a report either by calling the toll-free number on
the sticker or on our website. To view the incident creation form, go to Report
an Incident at the top of the page. Once an incident has been reported, you will
be notified of the incident by email and text message. You can enter up to five
email accounts and five phone numbers where you can be notifed when an incident
is reported.
To view the incident, you log in to our site which takes you to your incidents.
The incident contains a description, location, the person who reported the incident,
and if they would want to be contacted.
